Lead asset
A dual αvβ6/αvβ8 peptibody
Our lead peptibody targets two integrins, αvβ6 and αvβ8, that are scarce in healthy tissue and strongly expressed in carcinoma. αvβ6 marks the tumour cell, while αvβ8 helps the tumour suppress the immune response. Reaching both with one molecule addresses the cancer cell and its microenvironment together.
The programme is advancing well through preclinical development, with strong efficacy data in relevant oncology animal models.
